Coaching

Ways we can work together

Most of my coaching happens online, so where you live doesn't decide whether I can help you. If you're in Vancouver we can train in person too. Either way it starts the same: a proper conversation first, then a proper intake.

I'll give you exact prices on that call, once I know what you actually need. No pitch, and no obligation either way.

Group classes

Train with other people, from wherever you are

Live virtual classes you join from home, plus local sessions in Vancouver when the weather allows. Cheaper than one-to-one, and the room carries you on the days you don't feel like it.

Schedule and booking open soon. The email list hears first.

  • Live and coached, not a video you watch alone
  • Small groups so form still gets corrected
  • Replays if you're on shift
  • Pay per class or per block

What it's like

No punishment, no performance

I'm not going to shout at you, and I'm not going to pretend a plan is working when it isn't. Sessions are focused and friendly. You'll work hard, and you'll leave knowing exactly why we did what we did.

Coaching online works differently, and it's worth being clear about how. There's no weekly hour in a gym. You get your blueprint written out, you train it on your own schedule, and we speak on video regularly to look at what actually happened and change what needs changing. Some people prefer it. It fits around shifts, and nobody has to drive anywhere.

If I don't think I'm the right coach for what you need, I'll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.

An hour in person 60 minutes
First 10 minutes How's your week been? Then we warm up
Next 10 The main lift, technique before weight
The middle 25 The exercises that support it
Then 10 Something that gets you breathing
Last 5 Cool down, and plan your week
