Day one, and still outside

Step one

Pick your lane

Before you start. General movement advice, not personal medical advice. If you are pregnant, injured or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first. Build up rather than jumping straight to your number.

After October

Thirty-one days is a habit, not a finish line

If walking every day turned out to be the easy part, the workouts are free too. No sign-up, no gym, nothing you don’t already own.

And if you’d rather someone was actually watching what you’re doing and changing it when your life changes, that’s what I’m for.
